Introduction

We are trying to figure out the mechanism of living systems, by means of bioinformatics, computer science and chemistry. Our body is constructed with various different kinds of chemical substrates. We are hoping to be able to understand how the life system manifests their complicated properties through the interactions of these rather simple materials. Molecular biology and computational science made a drastic advancement during the last coupld of decades. We are aiming to make a new discovery by analyzing biological information with our computer programs.
